Detaylar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurulu (Y\u00d6K) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Erol \u00d6zvar , sekt\u00f6r temsilcileriyle bir araya gelerek organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinde meslek y\u00fcksekokullar\u0131n\u0131n programlar\u0131n\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn beklentileriyle uyumla h\u00e2le getirdiklerini ve MYO\u2019lar\u0131n programlar\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fim ba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8220;HEDEF\u0130M\u0130Z YEN\u0130 MYO MODELLER\u0130N\u0130 HAYATA GE\u00c7\u0130RMEK&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Gazetesi&#8217;ndeki habere g\u00f6re, Ba\u015fkan \u00d6zvar \u201cHedefimiz sekt\u00f6r temsilcileriyle beraber \u00fclkemizdeki b\u00fct\u00fcn MYO programlar\u0131n\u0131 ve m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131n\u0131 piyasalar\u0131n beklentileriyle uyumlu olacak \u015fekilde yenilemek ve \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin daha fazla uygulaman\u0131n i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu yeni MYO modellerini hayata ge\u00e7irmektir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu. \u00d6zvar \u201cDijital ve ye\u015fil beceri a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 tematik yeni MYO modelleri \u00fcniversitelerimizdeki geleneksel MYO\u2019lar\u0131n yerini alacakt\u0131r\u201d vurgusunda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zvar s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>-Yeni dijital meslekler olarak tarif edebilece\u011fim yaz\u0131l\u0131m ve yapay zek\u00e2 tabanl\u0131 u\u011fra\u015f\u0131lar en fazla talep edilen kariyer kulvarlar\u0131d\u0131r. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z uzun s\u00fcren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve isti\u015fareler neticesinde 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda 17 yeni \u00f6n lisans ve lisans program\u0131 20 \u00fcniversitemizde 70\u2019i a\u015fk\u0131n say\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>-2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda da bu programlar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edece\u011fiz. Tam doluluk oran\u0131 ile bu programlar hizmet vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>-\u00dclkemizin dijital beceri a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli rol oynayaca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu programlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kalite standartlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeden \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda a\u00e7maya devam edece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<h2>\u2018YE\u015e\u0130L\u2019 PROGRAMLAR GEL\u0130YOR<\/h2>\n<p>\u0130stihdama duyarl\u0131 programlar kapsam\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131kta ve tar\u0131mda dijital teknolojiler ile ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmle ilgili insan kayna\u011f\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in yeni programlar \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u0130n\u015fallah bu sene bunlar\u0131 a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131z. Ayr\u0131ca kuantum teknolojisinin kullan\u0131m\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen tehditlere \u00e7are olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in siber g\u00fcvenlik alan\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da art\u0131rmak istiyoruz.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00dcFREDAT DE\u011e\u0130\u015eECEK<\/h2>\n<p>Arzumuz ve hedefimiz sekt\u00f6r temsilcileriyle beraber meslek y\u00fcksek okullar\u0131 programlar\u0131n\u0131n ve m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmek suretiyle \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin daha fazla uygulaman\u0131n i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu modelleri hayata ge\u00e7irmek. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn beklentilerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere tematik MYO\u2019lar\u0131n desteklenmesi, yeni becerilerin kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in uygulamaya al\u0131nan bir ba\u015fka model olmu\u015ftur. Bu konuda gerekli ad\u0131mlar\u0131 att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu vesileyle ifade etmek isterim.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>&#8220;MYO&#8217;LARA DAHA \u00c7OK \u00d6NEM VER\u0130N&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Erol \u00d6zvar, \u00fcniversite rekt\u00f6rlerine MYO\u2019lara daha fazla \u00f6nem vermeleri \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu. \u201cRekt\u00f6rlerimiz ayda en az birka\u00e7 sefer kendi \u00fcniversitelerinin meslek y\u00fcksekokullar\u0131na gitmeli ve orada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerinde incelemelidir. Mutlaka bu programlar\u0131n kalite standartlar\u0131n\u0131n, e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim seviyesinin \u00f6\u011frencilerin durumunun o programlardaki \u00f6\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n OSB\u2019lerdeki firmalar\u0131yla i\u015f yerleriyle ili\u015fkilerini yak\u0131ndan takip etmelidir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zvar, \u00fcniversite y\u00f6netimlerine \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunarak MYO\u2019lardaki programlar\u0131n akreditasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flamalar\u0131n\u0131 da rekt\u00f6rlerden rica etti. Yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada meslek y\u00fcksekokullar\u0131n\u0131n programlar\u0131n\u0131 akredite eden kurumlar\u0131n faaliyetlere ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 duyuruldu.<\/p>\n<h2>64 M\u0130LYON 500 B\u0130N TL E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M DESTE\u011e\u0130 VER\u0130LD\u0130<\/h2>\n<p>Y\u00d6K Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6zvar &#8220;Meslek y\u00fcksekokulu mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n bilgi, beceri ve yetkinliklerinin sanayi ve i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda geli\u015ftirilmesi, buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak istihdamlar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, i\u015f piyasas\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131malar\u0131 ve \u00fcniversite-sanayi i\u015f birli\u011finin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi maksad\u0131yla Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgelerinde (OSB) kurulan MYO\u2019larda imalat, lojistik ve bili\u015fim alanlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik belirlenen 32 \u00f6nlisans program\u0131na Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan e\u011fitim deste\u011fi veriliyor. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda OSB i\u00e7inde kurulan 17 MYO\u2019da \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren 5.623 \u00f6\u011frenci i\u00e7in toplamda 64.554.179 TL e\u011fitim deste\u011fi sunuldu. Destek alan toplam \u00f6nlisans program say\u0131s\u0131 88. \u00dclkemizde 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla MYO mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n ortalama istihdam oran\u0131 %61,27 iken OSB-MYO\u2019lardan mezun olanlar\u0131n ortalama istihdam oran\u0131 %78. OSB-MYO mezunlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda istihdam oran\u0131n\u0131n bu denli y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131n\u0131n iki temel sebebi; e\u011fitim m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131n\u0131n sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn talepleri do\u011frultusunda haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve \u00f6\u011frencilerin i\u015f yerinde uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitim almalar\u0131d\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;DESTEKLER\u0130 GER\u0130 \u00c7EKER\u0130Z&#8217; UYARISI<\/h2>\n<p>Ba\u015fkan \u00d6zvar, MYO\u2019lar\u0131n yeniden de\u011ferlendirilmeye al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131, yap\u0131lan y\u0131ll\u0131k incelemede standartlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamayan MYO\u2019lardan desteklerinin geri \u00e7ekilece\u011fi uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zvar, MYO\u2019larda \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi tedarikinde zorluk \u00e7ekilen se\u00e7meli derslerde meslek erbaplar\u0131n\u0131n ders vermelerine ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zvar istihdama duyarl\u0131 olmayan programlar\u0131n tasfiyesinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fini belirterek \u201cY\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim vizyonumuz gere\u011fi bu konu g\u00fcndemimizde \u00f6nemli bir yer tutmaya devam edecektir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2>STAJ \u0130MK\u00c2NLARI ARTIRILACAK<\/h2>\n<p>\u00d6\u011frencilerin staj ve i\u015f yeri imk\u00e2n ve s\u00fcrelerinin art\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7e\u015fitlendirilece\u011fini de belirten \u00d6zvar \u201c\u0130\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc piyasalar\u0131nda istihdam\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rma hedefiyle, \u00fcniversitelerimiz taraf\u0131ndan sunulan staj ve i\u015f yeri uygulama imk\u00e2n ve s\u00fcrelerinin hem geni\u015fletilmesine hem de \u00e7e\u015fitlendirilmesine destek vermektir.
